WorkstationAI is an AI workspace for job seekers, run by an independent sole trader in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.

What we collect

Your account email and a securely hashed password; the CV text, job adverts and notes you give the tools; a payment confirmation from Stripe (never your card number); basic usage data; and a single essential sign-in cookie. No advertising or third-party tracking.

Who processes data for us

A small set of trusted providers, each handling only what they need: Anthropic (the Claude AI that powers the tools), Stripe (payments), Resend (account emails), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting). We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, export or restrict your data — email liyou@workstationai.uk and we respond within a month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
